When you have an outstanding phone bill, its just a small matter to talk to the respective customer rep and settle it over the phone. There is no need to get angry, shout or send some people over to "whack" our customer rep right? We are sure its just a small misunderstanding right? Especially if you guys are talking to sterling employee`s such as Ean and Jinnyboy! Gajendran, thanks for being such a good sport!
